Karl, at all times, has focussed on the corporate and contractual activities of a variety of entrepreneurial private sector mid-market business clients. Today, the firm assists individuals with the full range of legal and planning issues associated with starting, managing and steering successful commercial enterprises. Called to the Bar of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1986, Karl attended the Universities of British Columbia and Alberta, receiving his LL.B. from the University of Alberta.

Called to the Bar of the Law Society of Upper Canada in July of 2005, Jessica has quickly distinguished herself. A graduate of McMaster University, where she received an Honours B.A. in Classics and History, Jessica was a fixture on the Deans’ Honour List throughout her time there. Jessica received her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. Jessica has quickly developed a sharp and thorough grounding in a variety of commercial challenges and has demonstrated the ability to critically analyze.
